Additional Comments:---- Ok so i am looking to build a new gaming rig and looking for help, i just recently bought the new i5 3570k at micro center and it came with a bundled mother board of my choice was wanting to get some advice on the motherboard that i had purchased because i can always take it back and get a better one if need be.

Lastly i plan to pick up a EVGA GTX 680, and eventually run sli with it so i will need to make sure that i have big enough PSU to cover anything.

If you want to fully make use of Ivy Bridge, get the ASRock Extreme4 Gen3 Z77 Board. For SLI 680, you will need a 750W PSU.

When you say your Purchased meaning you already did? Of course that Z68 will have 3Gen CPU compatible BUT wont get the full or lots of feature which Z77 offers... Z77 boards got smarter feature where it automatically OC your CPU to where it is more stable than last Gen motherboard...
