1st build, any problems with this set up?

this build is my very first and it will be primarily for video editing (hense the 16gb ram) and mild gaming...

  1. all i have to say is that i hear crucial is the baddest SSD. how much are you going to pay for all of it?
  2. Get the i7-2600k for Video Editing. It will help out more than 16GB of RAM.

    yeah it's true. 16gb of ram sometimes does not make a big difference when you have a SSD from what i heard.

    so in regards to the performance of Adobe programs like premiere pro...
    8GB ram with an ssd basically is equivalent to 16GB with a HDD?

    problaby yes, but if you want to waste more oney on ram you could go ahead and regret it later...


    lol, i bought a dual core 2.ghz desktop 1gb of ram, and it played 1080p videos, and made 720 on after eeffects i couldt believe.. [ no video card ]

    but still it was a litle slow,

    i suggest you buy the 16gb of ram if you can.
