1st build, any problems with this set up?

this build is my very first and it will be primarily for video editing (hense the 16gb ram) and mild gaming...

all i have to say is that i hear crucial is the baddest SSD. how much are you going to pay for all of it?

Get the i7-2600k for Video Editing. It will help out more than 16GB of RAM.

yeah it's true. 16gb of ram sometimes does not make a big difference when you have a SSD from what i heard.

so in regards to the performance of Adobe programs like premiere pro...
8GB ram with an ssd basically is equivalent to 16GB with a HDD?

problaby yes, but if you want to waste more oney on ram you could go ahead and regret it later...


lol, i bought a dual core 2.ghz desktop 1gb of ram, and it played 1080p videos, and made 720 on after eeffects i couldt believe.. [ no video card ]

but still it was a litle slow,

i suggest you buy the 16gb of ram if you can.
