Games won't run at full FPS.

Hey guys, I've had my Laptop (Samsung R580) for about 2 years now, games use to run fine on it almost 60+ FPS easily on Street Fighter IV and L4D2, now I'm only able to get 30 to 40 FPS+ and nothing more then that, I've tried overclocking with EVGA Precision still hasn't helped, what could be the issue?

Hardware:

CPU: Intel Core i5 430M
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 330M
RAM: 4GB DDR3

Yep, same games I'm trying to play, won't run at full FPS like they use to.
