budget: $1100 with gst 5% and shipping

Website: any one in canada, which ever is cheapest!!

Parts not needed: windows,cd drive, graphics card,

hi there. im gonna be building my second rig. and im looking at the i7 3770k.

this was my first rig:

I5 2500k
Gigabyte z68-a-d3h-b3
Ocz agility 3 60gb
Seagate 7200 1tb
Coolermaster hyper 212 evo
Raidmax hybrid 2 730 and raidmax 238 wu case
dvd drive
and Gskil 8gb 2133 ram!

this is what im looking at:
i7 3770k
Zalman CNP9500
Asus p8z77- v lk.. something like that. $154 on newegg ca
16gb corsair vengeance-$100 kinda iffy on the ram but it looks cool but if u have anything ddr3 1600 and cheaper please say
Mushkin chronos 120gb
Seagate 1tb 64mb cache-
Azza Solano- case it looks beast and it has alot of fans!$56 with shipping!!!
Raidmax blackstone 700 psu

No graphics because im not gaming
ive got windows
and a cd drive.
i will be ocing to 4.3 ish

Some Q'S

1. Will this all fit?
2. Is there anything i can substitute for something better with a close price.
3. Is this a good case?

1. To be on the safe side, I'd get some LP (low profile) RAM.

2. If 8GB ram was enough for gaming, then I see no point in getting 16GB for non-gaming. That being said if you truly want it, then go ahead and get it. RAM prices are getting ridiculous (in a good way).

3. The Solano has some issues in regards to the 230mm intake fan on the side panel and cooling for graphics cards in SLI or Crossfire, but since you're not implenting a discrete GPU, then this should be no issue for you. Other than that its a great case.

4. I'd definitely go with a PSU brand other than RAIDMAX. An Earthwatts EA650D should be more than you'll need even for overclocking.
