Core Voltage!!!

Hi everyone. Checked CPU-Z and saw the core voltage on my i3-2120 as: 1.968 v

now does that look normal? The core speed is at idle right now, around 1600 mhz.

If that was real then you would have a intel flavoured cookie.....

Yeah, try using a different program like HWMonitor. Failing that, just check the voltage in the BIOS. The problem with a lot of the monitoring programs is that they don't read voltages properly on certain motherboards. So you get all sorts of weird voltages that don't look right. The monitor in BIOS is always accurate, so check that if you are concerned.
