Audio - Integrated vs. Soundblaster Live!

I have an old Soundblaster Live! card, but the new mobo I bought has built-in Audio.

Should I bother with the SB card (is there a benefit to using it?) or just use the integrated audio?

I am not an audiophile. I play games once in a while and don't usually watch movies on this PC.

Thanks!

Modern HD audio usually is as good or better than the older Sound Blaster cards like the Live! Value card.

I forgot to ask whether I need to worry about resources being used by integrated audio? (that was the main reason I used to build with a separate sound card).

My new PC has 4GB RAM.

Thank you!
