Is my cpu running to hot on this low load?

I got a 3570k over clocked to 4.0.... with a cooler master Hyper N520.. i don't know if this is a high temp for my cpu on a 2-5%.. i was really big with computers i forget the temps and all that is good but idk..

core#0:106F load 6%

core #1: 90F load 5%

core#2: 100F load 8%

core#3: 97F load 7%

the load jumps around but that's just idol load...

106F is about 41C. Not great, but OK. My i5-2500K (@stock) idles around low-mid 30C's with a Hyper 212 EVO cooler.
