I have a gtx 560 graphics card
with a i-7 2600k oc cpu

What settings should i run battlefield 3 on?
my monitor is at 1920x1080 native

I need to know good settings to get around steady 40 fps.

Please help

Yup on fullscreen at 1920, try it out , you can also reduce the AO, download and install msi afterburner, its free and its easy to overclock the card a bit with it for some extra punch.

Set the settings on custom , everything high , just play with the settings that I mentioned.

you could probobly run it in single player on ultra .. but multi player is the prob so like they say just drop msaa you should be fine.. anything less then a 6990 or 6970 you wont be able to use it .. viably i have crossfire 6870's and thats not enough to play online with ultra at playable frame rates ... i typically play with msaa turned off everything else ultra settings and i really dont care for motion blur so i turn it off too .. and increase my field of view

msi afterburner is it bad to oc your gpu? will it hurt it in the long run?

AA is anti-aliasing - I have a ASUS 560 I am currently using until the 580's drop in price. Without overclocking the card, I am running high settings at 1920 X 1080 and I have AA & motion blur turned off. It's pretty solid but you may see a slight dip in performance on the Karkand maps.
