hi there. im gonna be building my second rig. and im looking at the i7 3770k.

this was my first rig:

I5 2500k
Gigabyte z68-a-d3h-b3
Ocz agility 3 60gb
Seagate 7200 1tb
Coolermaster hyper 212 evo
Raidmax hybrid 2 730 and raidmax 238 wu case
dvd drive
and Gskil 8gb 2133 ram!

this is what im looking at:
i7 3770k
Zalman CNP9500- im looking at this zalman or a thermaltake frio or a noctua d-14.. which one is the best?
Asus p8z77- v lk.. something like that. $154 on newegg ca
16gb corsair vengeance-$100 kinda iffy on the ram but it looks cool but if u have anything ddr3 1600 and cheaper please say

Seagate 1tb 64mb cache-
Azza Solano- case it looks beast and it has alot of fans!$56 with shipping!!!
Raidmax blackstone 700 psu

No graphics because im not gaming
ive got windows
and a cd drive.
i will be ocing to 4.3 ish

Some Q'S

1. Will this all fit?
2. Is there anything i can substitute for something better with a close price.
3. Is this a good case?
4. which is the best cpu cooler that i listed 1st place to 3rd

Quick question, if you're not gaming, why do you need 16GB of RAM and an i7?

Just out of curiosity :)

Also, I wouldn't advise overclocking the new ivy bridge i7's after what i've read online :( unless you like your house nice and toasty.. and on fire ;)
