Failing Display Driver in Sapphire 4650 Card

Thanks for all the suggestions from all of you but nothing seemed to fix the failing Display Driver in that Sapphire HD 4650 AGP HD 1GB DDR2 Videocard; so I went to a radically aggressive approach and UPGRADED the Whole Computer with a 64 bit Windows 7 OS. I just couldn't put up with the constant failures and freezes. New System works perfectly will no problems. So as far as I can see, the problem is moot now. Thanks again to all who tried to help me. I did appreciate all those who took time to respond to my queries. Consider my thread to be closed as of this time
