My ~$1100 Build, Please Help

Hello all, I'm a new poster but have been absorbing the wisdom in these forums. I'm putting together a build based on that, along with the advice of an only semi-trusted friend. Primarily I will be playing Diablo III, SC2, and Skyrim, although I may want to add other games later. To the extent I'm splurging I would want it to be on the GPU and to a lesser extent the SSD (I know that the SSD is a taste thing, but load times are important to me, even though I know it might not be the most efficient use of funds). Please let me know what you think about the following build. Note that I am not going to be working or downloading music or movies, so I think the 120gb SSD should be sufficient, although I may add an HDD later on. I had chosen a Crucial m4 for the SSD, but my friend said that the Mushkin would be "way faster." He is also advising me to go with an LGA 2011 / Ivy Bridge chipset that would bump my cost up significantly, but it doesn't seem like the consensus around here is that that's necessary. I do want to overclock the CPU and GPU to the extent that's painless, no desire to SLI/Crossfire for now (but to the extent it works to have that open as a potential upgrade, that's a bonus). Prices below are from newegg, NCIX, and TigerDirect, though I'm open to Amazon, buy.com, etc.

Thanks. I've seen issues with the 3570k running hot. I know the price difference is negligible, so if the 3570k is really an upgrade over the 2500k I'd have no problem with it, but I'm worried about heat. Do you think that's a non-issue?

I think it's a non issue personally - as long as you set up your air flow accordingly. That original build looks good, I'm getting that same board for my system.
