Ok so I have an old rig that i dont use anymore and it has a PNY verto 9600 gt card. My new rig has a evga geforce 560ti superclocked. Will I see any gain throwing the old card in my system? my specs are

Cooler Master 922 Haf
Asus P8 Z68-V/gen 3
Intel Core i5 2500k
EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 560ti ds Superclocked
Corsair enthusiast series tx750m
Corsair Vengeance 8 gb ddr3

also if i do use both is my PSU sufficient?

The PSU is more than enough but you may only see a slight improvement in PhysX games, nothing else.
