My laptop is Lenovo G560. when i connected to charges, the system hangs, and cur

When, I connected to charger, the system is hanged and cursor get slow movement, audio is breaking. movement of page or movie also breaking. Please help me.

Short circuit in the battery or charging cable may be a cause.
