Budget D3 Computer $450

Hey guys, so my boyfriends birthday is coming up, this is his account but he doesnt use it too much. I was wondering if you guys could help me come up with a build which i could get him for his birthday and he would be able to play diablo 3.

Does he need everything or does he have parts he is wanting to re-use?

he has no partts except a monitor, keyboard, mouse.. also i can get an OS from work so that is also not needed. Everything else would be needed.

So his computer monitor is a phillips led one

the resolution is 1960x1080 @60Hz.. it can hook up to hdmi vga or dvi. Dont know if that makes a difference. but thats all the information i got.
