What is the difference and what is better?

Is it worth getting this, EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Superclocked 1024 MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 2DVI/Mini-HDMI SLI Ready Graphics Card or the Ti? pls help!

-Non-Ti cost $200

-Ti cost $250

I don't really know what is better here because im just starting to build my own gaming pc. I mean what is better between the two or is there really no diferrence?
