560Ti SLI question

I have the current setup...

I5 2500K Sandy Bridge no over clock
GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD4-B3 Mobo
560 Ti Fermi 1gb
Rosewill 750W PSU
8gb Ripjaws Ram


I have been considering buying another 560Ti and running them in Sli with a dual monitor setup would i have any issues with it?

would i have to overclock my CPU at all? also would this setup fix the current issue i ahve with BF3 and MW3 having a stuttering issue when i dont turn vsync on?

you don't have to but your cpu is really good for OC, it will do well to OC it. I doubt it will fix stuttering issues in mw3 and bf3, mw3 isn't demanding, you should have no problem on a single 560 ti. Will probably help in BF3.

no you dont have to overclock but it will be good if u overclock because cpu dependent games uses more cpu then gpu and your cpu is very good for overclocking.
