Which liquid cooler is best

I am looking for a 120mm X 120mm closed loop lcu. noise needs to be minimal.

theres one problem with those... i wont have room for a push/pull config or a 240mm radiator

would it be possible to mount a 240mm kit inside a chaser mk-i case without removing the top 200mm fan

Yeah, I'm gonna be THAT guy. Why a closed loop cooler? A good air cooler, like a Noctua NH-D14 or a Phanteks PH-TC14PE would be just as quiet (if not quieter) and perform just as well (if not better).

you can fit a rasa kit in that case even the 240 rad will fit but you need to remove the fan which is easy
