Help! Sapphire HD 7970 and cooling

i have an Asus MObo P8Z77 V Pro
i will be getting the Cooler master 412s hyper and sapphire HD 7970
was wondering will it all fit on my mobo?
read some reviews the Sapphire 7970 is kinda big I'm kinda worried the fan might get in the way,
