I need to know a few things about this PSU because I'm upgrading a stock 300w. I need to know the size of this PSU so that it can fit in my computer and how many amps there are on the 12v rails.

Specs of my computer: http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/uk/en/ho/WF06b/12454-124...

The OCZ 500W: http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCZ-OCZ-CXS500W-UK-CoreXStream-...

I think it was 25A and 20A. 78% efficiency if I'm not mistaken. One 6 pin, one 8 pin connector.

150 x 140 x 86mm (W x L x H)

25 A / 20 A on the two 12V rails; combined 12V power max. 444W (=combined max. amps of 37 at rated voltage)

So is this an ATX size PSU and do you think it will replace my current stock psu, as in fit perfectly?

For the same price I think this is better as it has actually been positively reviewed:
Antec VP450P (£30 @ Scan)

Or for ~£5 more:
XFX ProSeries 450W Core Edition (£35 @ Dabs)

And built by manufacturer's with better reputations (Delta Electronics and Seasonic vs HEC).
