Upgrading graphics cards

Right now I have crossfire 6790 dual cards 1g each.
I want to upgrade, lets say I have a budget of $600-700.
Im going to be playing BF3 and Skyrim. What sould I get?

For that budget and games, go for a 7970, especially if you want good fps with all the eye candy.
