I am currently looking into a getting a PC built for me buy a UK company called CCL Computers I have been emailing them the last few weeks trying to customise a PC for them to build for me and I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I have got the the point were I am almost happy with the build and I am seeking a second opinion on some of the specifications I have listed the hardware below with a reference code that you can use to find more in depth information about them On CCL website http://www.cclonline.com/ just search the ref in the search bar. I would prefer to buy from them because they are close to were I live I have had heard very good reviews about them.

So can you guys tell be if I am getting a good deal or not because I honestly don't know if I am any more.
I know this is not a super high performance PC but would it be able to play games like Battlefield 3 and Skyrim and if so what settings would I be restricted to. I know that the build does not included Windows 7 this is because I have my own student copy that I am going to install on it also do not need a Keyboard or Mouse.
I was also looking at a pre built system that they have offered me which features a AMD Bulldozer FX-4 3.60Ghz processes and this can be found here

Can you tell me if this is a better offer and if the processor is better than the I3
