Computer Problems?

I am having a little trouble, this is my setup

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I changed the ram out twice now trying to get compatible ram with the motherboard..
Now it seems like my system runs kinda of sluggish even with a fresh install of windows.

When I use EasyTune6 its has a bunch of stuff not registering..

I googled everywhere about this.. but when I go to an older version of easytune6 everything I have marked in that picture works show and displays everything..

I am a gamer and another thing I cant figure out with my first gaming rig is that I have a way better pc then a couple of my friends but they load for example "League of Legends" about 20 seconds faster (always in compo with each other)

is there anything I need to do, switch out some stuff?

I found maybe that going to
ASUS Sabertooth p67 mobo
Intel Core i7-2600k sandy bridge 3.4

would be better then this amd fx and giga setup?

did I mention I get blue screens like there is no tomorrow...
Usually 4-5 blue screens a week..

I am really looking for some help please
