Gtx 560ti artifacts on battlefield 3

hi all

last week i build my pc and all was good till 2 days ago when started playing bf3 and after like 30mins of playing i get artifacts and after that i got "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered" i had this MSI 560 Ti Hawk for about 5 months now i took it from my old pc.The thing is that i only get artifacts on bf3 b/c i can play wow and cod black ops all day long and never get artifacts or Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.So im at a lost and thinking of sending it back to msi.
