What's the best quad-core processor available (for gaming) for $130 or less? I live in Canada, so prices need to be in Canadian dollars.

I would get the Phenom II X4 965 for $110. Skip the AMD FX series.

the "best" quad core still in production is the amd fx 4100, but i would go for the i3 2120 before that

and also, if you can find them, the quad core phenom II's are still great chips

^^ that one, also, did anyone notice the typo that says 4000MHz? lol
