building new system to run any games on max but can't decide on gpu and cpu cooler for i5 3570k.
looking to buy on overclockers.co.uk or novatech.co.uk

already have monitor, keyboard and mouse
cpu: i5 3570k 3.5ghz ivybridge £170
ram: Samsung Green 1600mhz 8GB (2x4Gb) DDR3 £50
mobo: Gigabyte Z77X D3H £110
psu: corsair tx750m 80 bronze plus £87
hd: seagate 2tb 6gb/s 7200rpm 64mb cache £100
case: corsair 500r midi £90
total w/o gpu and cpu cooler, £630

i could get ati 7870 for £280, or nvidia 680 for £440
the 7870 seems to run everything out atm great, would the 680 gain a bigger lead in future years and be worth the extra money? also can't decide whether to get water cpu cooler such as h100 for £75 or regular air cooler such as hyper 212 for £25, any advice on any components appreciated

Can't help wrt GPU - my HIS HD 6870 IceQ has it's own fans built in. However, IF YOU HAVE THE ROOM, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus ( Newegg: $29.99 with present rebate of $10.00) Has almost 3000 support ratings - I just ordered one this week. But check for clearance, its 159 mm from CPU to side door. Hope this helps
