Blue screen

Hi, I just bought and installed a new motherboard. When I leave my PC on for long periods of time i get the blue screen error. For a while I got the blue screen error when my CPU usage got over 50% or so, but I fixed that by updating the motherboard bios. Now i just get the blue screen error every couple days. Not sure how to find or read the files from the crash, any help?

AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
ASUS M5A97 Motherboard
G.Skill 8GB (2x4) RAM
MSI Twin Frozr II/OC GTX 560 Ti
OCZ ZS Series 750W PSU
Cool Master Hyper 212 CPU cooler

after you installed your new motherboard, did you do a fresh install of windows? when you see the blue screen make a note of the error message and you can check the ms knowledge base for more info on the error message.
