I was wondering if there were any benchmarks for the card and if anyone would recommend it for 1920x1080 gaming, single monitor, and i5 2500k CPU.

Yes 560 ti 448 is a nice price-to-performance card. It doesn't blow it's older brother, 570, but the performance is close, and when overclocked (which overclock very well) it will outperform it's older brother :). Here is a benchmark using that CPU:

(apparently these are the only one I can find, others were using i7-920 or i7-3960X :()

Then how do I say? It doesn't blow 570, only?

Ultra = Higher Clocks compared to the non ultra one (reference). If you want to overclock yourself it doesn't matter if you get ultra or normal.
