How to get incoming connections from bittorent

Iam using lenovo G570 laptop..I've installed bittorent.But while downloading movie Iam getting an error that no incoming connection..Please help me how to get incoming connection.

It sounds like your network is blocking incoming BT ports. Is this a personal or corporate/business or public network connection?

You dont need incomming connections they are just for seeding just ignore it. If you must then you need to open your firewall and port forward the bt ports to the IP address on your laptop.

Are you able to receive torrent downloads? What BT tool (like uTorrent) are you using? Also, what make/model of router?
