Hey all, Im currently running a single gtx 480 alongside a i5 3570k, if I were to add another gpu would the cpu be able to utilize it well enough to justify the cost?

Basically is the 3570k powerful enough to not 'bottleneck' 2 gtx 480s in sli :D

Cheers

The i5 3570k is plenty powerful enough, just make sure your running 64bit windows to take full advantage of SLI

And make sure your PSU can handle it. 480s are quite power hungry.

Corsair tx850 right? If thats the case then yes that'd be a good one to buy for those cards.

Yeah the corsair one, I've heard you can get away with a tx750 but only just, doesn't seem worth the risk for like 20 quid.
