Is it okay for psu cables to touch the motherboard?

I have a cooler master elite 310 mid tower case.There are wire management holes, but they just seem to be too close to the back of the motherboard.Is it okay to route the cables through there and they slightly touch the back?

Yes you can run the cables any place that they fit since they are insulated and there are no bare spots that would come in contact with anything. As always be careful when running wires close to the motherboard as to not catch the cable sleeving on it and move a capacitor or pin , as long as your careful it will be ok.
