Only a power issue if the psu is faulty, it has more than enough juice for a 6770.

recomended to be 450w and a 6pin connector that can put out 75w so if you google ur PSU and get more spec but it prob is the issue not enough power

Having run a GTX460 on my XPS410 I can gaurantee you that a lack of wattage is not the issue, unless as I said before the psu is faulty.

Having used a modified Dell 375w to run a pair of 8800 GTS 512's I can again gaurantee that a lack of wattage is not the issue, again, unless the psu is faulty
