Budget Case?

I'm looking for a budget case around the £30-50 price point, I've seen stuff like the Antec One and the CiT Vantage
but I thought that there must be a fair few budget PC builders here that know the best case for the best price.

All I want is a case that:
Fits ATX(even this isn't too important, since I can only afford M-ATX)
Has at least some cable management, but again this isn't VITAL it would just be nice
Won't break
if it looks nice it's a bonus
Cheapness!

Really the closer the that £30 the better, even if it's 2nd hand xD

Well I'm in the UK so I use amazon.co.uk and it's £45, sounds really good though, do you know anything about the build quality?

build quality is decent, body is made of black steel and plastic. doesn't feel cheap at all.
