Need Help Figuring Out Compatibility For My New $1100 Gaming Build

Just a quick question guys, I'm considering this bundle for an i5-3570k, asus p8z77 - v le mobo, and an 8GB patriot ram kit for $409.99 from memory express. They have a disclaimer that tells buyers that there is no gaurantee that all the components in their bundles are compatible. I pulled up the memory support list for the mobo from asus' site and I don't see the patriot ram listed under the qualified vendors list. Does this mean the ram will not be supported? Your memory will work with the Asus motherboard, the QVL list contains parts tested by asus but they do not test every possible part and combination.

Install your memory in 1st and 3rd slot i.e. both black slots.
