Which graphics card for around $360 or under?

I am building a new PC.

This is my current parts picked out..

CPU - 2500k
CPU Cooler - Hyper 212 plus
MOBO - ASRock Extreme3 Gen3
RAM - Gskill 8gb Low Voltage
HD - WD Cavier Black 1TB 7200rpm
Case - HAF X Blue Edition
PSU - Corsair 800 Watt Gaming Series
GPU - ??

I am wanting to keep the price of my Graphics Card around or under $360 if possible.

I have been leaning towards this card - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=14-130-595 Should i get that one or no?

Just wait for the 7890 is will be like what the 560ti 448 is to the 570 but instead it will be the 7890 to the 7950.
