CPU compatible with my RAM

I'm looking for a CPU that works with my RAM, as I was comparing some CPU's but I noticed the one I was going to get (i5 3570k) has a "memory type" of "DDR3-1333/1600".

Will my RAM, which is Gskill [ RipjawsZ ] F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH (4Gx4), be compatible with this CPU, or will I have to get a different one?

My motherboard is an ASrock Z77 extreme 4.
