PC is slim. 220 watts, but the 5450 uses 19 while the 6450 uses 30 watts.
The motherboard is a intel g43, it says i have integrated graphics (intel gma x4500 HD) does that mean i can't upgrade?

To be honest my main goal is toplay battlefield bad company 2 & pump up Counter Strike to 60fps, i currently get about 20-40 lowest settings 1024x760.

Im a PC noob, The only time I've opened a computer was my laptop to fix the RAM.

You can probably run the 5450, but I doubt you will see the improvement you desire. It will be better than what you have.

Your machine was really not designed for gaming. It is a very good general use PC though. And the 5450 card is not really for gaming either. It is made for HTPC applications.

edit: forgot to mention that I have seen that 5450 card on Newegg for less cost. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121476

So is it worth the upgrade? I mainly play counter strike, halo 1 battlefield 2 & free-to-play games like team fortress 2, battlefield play4free, a.v.a. Games that don;t require much but I would like to play them at decent frame rates.

You can figure at least double FPS over what you are getting now at the same resolution.

I just noticed the card I linked to was 512mb as opposed to the 1gb you linked to. For the older games you mention, the memory difference will not matter much.

I would try the 512mb version card. That way, if it still does not do what you want, you have not invested that much.
