10 Virtual Machines Hardware Host

Hello,
I have 11 virtual machines, 1 linux on host PC DUO core and 10 virtual machines on another PC that i have not yet build it.
I need to buy a new PC for thos 10 VM that i can run easily without problems.
Witch PC and its hardware list you would sujest me.

IF you are doing video editing in the 10 virtual machines then none. If they machines are essentially idle then any.

Some CPUs have hardware visualization assists, some don't. Check the software you are using to host the virtual machines (KVM ? VMWARE ? zVM?) and see what it can use.
