PC creating too much heat

My PC is creating too much heat and making it difficult to do any work. My i5 2500k goes up to 70C under load and graphics card goes up to 107C under load. Is that normal? I set GPU fan to 100 % but its still showing 107C under load. Please help

What's your whole system including case and any gpu/cpu OCs.

70C for i5 is not perfect but OK but GPU is way too hot.
