Hello,
I am asking if anyone can tell me if my computer is being bottlenecked
My CPU is a intel celeron E3300
2.50GHz
and my GPU is a ati radeon HD 3450 512MB vram
My RAM is 2GB

And when i done the can you run it site because i want to play some games for example gears of war and it said i can run it fine but when i start it up it goes really slow on the highest and it is unplayable
Can anyone help?

Is what being bottlenecked? I don't think you understand what the term "bottleneck" means.

Your problem is you have a slow cpu and a even slower video card. You can improve your gaming perfromance by upgrading to a better video card, and the video card you choose would depend on what power supply you have.

Can you tell me what GPU could help my system aswell as a CPU but i am on a budget.
