I'm building a budget gaming PC by the end of this month and I have a few things selected but I'm sure about a bit, here's what I'm planning to build:

CPU - Rs. 6233
AMD 3.6 GHz AM3+ FX4100 Processor (gonna overclock it to as much as possible still staying stable and not overheating like crazy)

RAM - Rs. 1602
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB

Motherboard - Rs. 2598
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P Motherboard

Graphics Card - Rs. 10123
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6850 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card (not sure if can overclock, help?)

Hard Drive - Rs. 4279
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB HDD Internal Hard Drive

Case - Rs. 1826
Cooler Master Elite 310

DVD Drive - Rs. 1135
Asus DRW-24B3ST Internal Optical Drive (Black)

PSU - Rs. 4313
Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 600W 600 Watts PSU

Monitor - Rs. 5832
Asus 20 inch LCD - MS202N Monitor

Mouse - Rs. 1673
Razer Abyssus Mouse (Black)

Keyboard - Rs. 220
FRONTECH JIL 1654 PS/2 Keyboard

Speakers - Rs. 351
Genius SP - S110 2 Desktop Speakers

It's in rupees btw, since I recently moved to India. The build can't exceed 40,000 Rs. (around $800), by more than around 300 Rs. (like $6 lol). I'd like to know whether this is a good build or not and also I have a choice to make. I can either buy a 1366x768 monitor with inbuilt speakers, but it's 18.5 inches so it'll look like crap but I'll save around 1000 Rs. and I can upgrade to a Radeon HD 6870 1 GB. I do want to run all my games on ultra, and I'm not sure if the current build can manage with this monitor which is at 1600x900, the other monitor would be http://www.flipkart.com/viewsonic-18-5-inch-led-va1931w...

That is the website I'm buying all my parts from, so please help me choose what I should do. Thanks in advance.

That's the worst cpu you can possibly choose for a gaming rig.

Even a Pentium G or i3 dual cores would be much faster.

Otherwise it looks like a compatible build.

Yes, so I heard...I've decided to change the processor to the AMD Phenom II X4 960T since it can be unlocked to 6 cores and the mobo to ASUS M5A78L-M LX Motherboard. Also, I'm wondering whether I should just OC the processor to 3.8 GHz or unlock to 6 cores and then OC, I've heard that I won't be able to OC to as high a clock speed. Comments? Also, can you please answer the other question? =) Thanks
