Question on HD 7950

I want to get a new computer soon, but the page from which i configured the whole system offers only the MSI R7950-2PMD3GD5/OC . This is because the twin frozer series havent arrived in my country yet![:/]( ":/")
.. Would you recommend this card or should i skip the gpu and get one from somewhere else? (Which would probably be Sapphire, and the customer service for that sucks from what I've heard)
