I bought a new GPU for my main system and will be transferring the old GPU to my secondary.

Both GPUs are 6950s and I would like to ask for advice on how best to swap out the cards without any issues (such as with drivers).

So....

What process should I use when swapping these cards out? Please be specific and add links to software if needed. :)

Solution
If they are same cards, nothing, just turn off the pc, power cable of the socket, and just swap the cards, software is the same for any 6950.

To be on the safe side, uninstall the drivers before you remove the card, but even if you don't it is not a big deal, it is like you never changed anything.
