I'm pretty new to MMS as this is my first MMS capable phone, I struggled to
sort out O2 Active, because I kept being told to 'Check Settings' till I
realised I had to download my O2 Active settings (via text message) - now
I've sorted that out. Now though I'm confused as to using MMS in the
messages menu of my phone, when I try to send a MMS message, I'm told again
to check settings, when I look what the settings are set to, it is 'Set 1'.
I was under the impression that my O2 active settings covered MMS too, as
when I downloaded them it said it covers WAP/GPRS, O2 Active and MMS. Do I
have to download a different set of settings for MMS? I'm totally confused
about this. Any help greatly appreciated.

Don't select set1. You should have a set labeled "O2 wap gprs ect"
If you havent, try again.
Check the O2 website, MMS settings are sent seperately via text.
Or .......
Phone O2 on 4445 (50p a min) and ask them to activate MMS on your sim card.
Not a guaranteed answer, but has worked in the past.

MMS settings are separate to the "o2 wap gprs etc" settings, I have them
already and they allow me to use the O2 active service for web browsing and
downloading java apps etc. It was MMS messages that I couldn't use... I've
just had the MMS settings sent to me and they are "O2 MMS prepay" settings.
The two are totally separate things. I have to wait 48 hours to use them
though as my SIM needed to be updated to allow for MMS also.
