Hello! I recently bought a new pc with the next specifications: Processor: Core i7 2600 3.4 ghz. Motherboard: Asus with H67 chipset. Graphic card: XFX HD 6850 PSU: Antec Earthwatts Green 650w. Memory: 4 gigs When I play (every game) i notice like very short freezes of the image, appearing with different time between. Is like "stuttering". I've monitored the vga with MSI Afterburner and this is what I get, after a while playing COD MW3:
This is with the ATI Tray Tools opened, forcing the core clock and the memory clock to stay constant (but the freezes in the games didn't fix).
This is without the ATI Tray Tools forcing the core and memory clocks to stay constant, only with the CCC opened. I can see that the core and memory clocks drops sometimes. I don't know what happens and I'm very dissapointed with my new pc Any ideas to solve my problem? Sorry for my bad english, it's difficult to me. Thanks!

Sounds like it's either a driver issue or a serious lack of power.
Check the recommended PSU for your GPU and CPU combo, my money is on you need more juice.
A PSU with at least 500w, and I have an Antec Earthwatts Green with 650w, 80plus bronze, with active pfc.
