Lan wan gateway ip conflict

Hello,
I access the internet on my laptop through wireless.(ip assigned through dhcp
And through LAN(manually assigned ip) i connect to a private network(which involves a pbx , a router through which we connect to an isp for sip trunks)
The internet doesnt wrk fine in this case.
If i remove the gateway ip field from LAN , I am able to connect to the internet without any issues
I feel there is gateway ip conflict here.
How can I solve this issue ?

You don't need the Gateway address for the LAN.

To further explain: When you have a gateway listed for your LAN Windows will try to use that route for Internet connections, and apparently you do not have Internet access on your LAN. So, when you remove the gateway, Windows will use the next available network, which is your wireless.
