H8-1214- improving my system and need some help

hello all im new to the forum and pc. I have just basic knowledge on computers. I brought a h8-1214 . Im very excited to say i have installed 2 parts for the first time in my life. Ima heavy gamer and enjoy good graphic. I have change its graphic card and power supply and my rating went up from 5.0 to 5.9. Would get a better score in my windows experience index. All other scores are good at 7.3. The low score i got is from disk data transfer rate.

You'll have to upgrade your HDD to a SSD to get higher than 5.9 on disks in Windows Experience.

Ok i will do that thought i installed something wrong because it was 6.5 before. if i felled the drive with games does it slow it down?

I just bought a refurbished H8-1214 as well and the overall rating is 5.1 and that is due to the Graphics card Radeon HD 7450. I wonder exactly what HP had to do to all these desktops to consider them all refurbished? Many places are selling them but I bought mine from WOOT.com for $499.99 last week.
