Hi guys,
Had several nokias inclusing 7110 and 6310i, so know how caller groups
SHOULD work.

Just got my 6230, downloaded PC suite, and synced.

Everything loaded to the phone great.

Have my contacts in categories in outlook, and on the 6310i the
categories where maintained when synced (categories became caller
groups)

The contacts in the 6230 are not in caller groups.

No probs, can do that manually.

go into phone book, select a contact, go to options, scroll to caller
groups, and press SELECT, and phone jumps back to normal screen.

Am I missing something here? or is this a bug?

Am in Australia and software on phone is v3.14

Regards,

Moby

Hi Moby,
this seems t obe a bug. I contacted Nokia because I had the same
problem. The said you only need to reset your mobile.
I hope that helps.

Jan

Restore factory defaults.
That should solve this problem.
