What's wrong with the display here?

I've just replaced the motherboard and screen on my Acer 5740G, but get a pixallating on the screen.

(This video will take a few minute to download before it plays properly in a normal browser).

I've been told that the graphics chip on the motherboard I bought may have a probblem although the laptop has a separate graphics card Radeon 5000.
