3470 or 3570 (not K)

Hi all, my psu went recently taking out the motherboard and cpu... Its ok as I was planning to upgrade anyway, but I was wondering.
The computer is mainly used for gaming; I have a GTS450 graphic card and plan to upgrade it late 2012 early 2013 and will be able to scrounge case hdds etc from the old.
What if any is the difference between the 3470 and 3570 in this case? I don't plan to overclock so I dont need the K, and onboard graphics is no way to game. Also I have a pretty strict budget at the moment.... is a B75 and ok board if I dont need fancy features?

Due to the $30 difference in price (using the $15 promo code) and the fact you are on a budget, I would be inclined to recommend the i5-3470,
