question... plz help

I just setup my new pc with new 1 Gz Athon cpu and 256 pc133 memory... but when I play diablo II ... my computer is going very very slow... it's even slower then my PIII 700.... it's almost like 1 sec per move... and I am just try it in single, not even in bnet...
But I test the starcraft or other game.... it's perfectly fine...
anybody know why? plz tell me...

NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 M64 with 32MB memory

I was using 4MB video card before but it's perfect fine

couple of things i want to say:

1. i dont know how much money you have, but a tnt2 is way too slow for that kind of system. it will be the major games bottleneck. go for at least a geforce2MX. geforce2pro recommended.

2. drivers drivers drivers. download and install the latest drivers for everything.
2a. flash the bios on your motherboard
2b. install any windows service packs (if using NT or win2k)
2c. install motherboard drivers, especially if using a Via based motherboard. get the Via 4in1's for that.
2d. get the latest version of directx, 8.0a is around
2e. get the latest certified detonator drivers. 12.41 or 14.10 are around. if they dont work try earlier ones OR the ones supplied by the graphics card company.
